About
Hi, I’m Esther, a certified fitness coach working both online and in person at Fit Republik Gym, Sports City Dubai.
My fitness journey didn’t start from a place of perfection , it started from real experience. I’ve been both underweight and overweight, and I know first-hand how confusing and frustrating it can be to try and change your body without the right guidance.
I fell in love with fitness at 18 years old, when I was very skinny and wanted to gain muscle. In trying to “bulk” without fully understanding my body, I ended up gaining more fat than strength, and that’s when my curiosity turned into a real passion.
I wanted to understand how the body actually works, how to train effectively, and how to build strength without harming my health or confidence.
My love for mobility and joint health came from personal experience as well. While squatting heavy, I picked up an injury that forced me to slow down and reassess the way I trained.
Instead of quitting, I started learning about mobility, movement mechanics, and recovery. That knowledge not only helped me return to squatting safely, but also allowed me to come back stronger and more confident than before the injury.
This experience completely changed the way I view training — strength and mobility should always go hand in hand.
That’s why my coaching approach focuses on smart strength training, mobility, and sustainable habits, not extreme methods or quick fixes.
My goal is to help you build a body that feels strong, stable, and capable, not just one that looks good for a short period of time.
Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, move better, or simply feel more confident in your body, my mission is to guide you with training that is personalized, safe, and effective, based on your body and your lifestyle — not one-size-fits-all program.
